Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, choose the item you love, and click Add to cart. When you are ready, open your cart and click Check out to enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. The payment methods available for your order, such as major credit and debit cards, are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to update or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.

Are prices shown in US dollars?

Yes. All prices on tiramisuusa.com are listed in US dollars (USD).

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our US warehouse. We dispatch products within 2 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and are shown at checkout.

Do you offer faster shipping?

Yes. Expedited shipping is available for eligible US orders. Available options and prices are displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide via carriers such as USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Import duties and taxes set by your country may apply.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Email us at meinakshie@yugsha.com and we will guide you through the process. Read our full refund policy.

How do I return an item?

After we send you the return address, please ship your item back within 7 working days. Items returned after 7 days are not eligible for an exchange or refund. To qualify, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. If you choose an exchange, we cover the shipping cost of sending your new item to you.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your package arrives at our facility, it usually takes a few days (in rare cases up to 14 days) to process. We will email you to confirm that your return has been received and to finalize the process.

Products & Care

Are your products handmade?

Many Tiramisu pieces, including our beaded placemats, trivets, and decorative accents, are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, beading, or finish make every item one of a kind. Product pages note when an item is handcrafted.

How do I care for beaded placemats?

Spot clean only with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash or soak beaded placemats, as this can damage the beadwork. Browse our placemats collection for more styles.

How do I care for other products?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a general rule, metal and resin pieces should be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Please follow the care guidance for your specific item.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to show our products accurately. However, screen settings can make colors appear slightly different, and handcrafted items may vary slightly in size, color, and detail. Product measurements are listed on each product page.

Gifts

Do your products make good gifts?

Absolutely. Our artisan tableware, table linens, and home décor make memorable hostess, housewarming, wedding, and holiday gifts. Shop by budget with gifts under $99, gifts under $149, or gifts under $199.

Can I ship a gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
